Life is like a box of cupcakes!

Ok, so maybe that’s not how the saying really goes, but who cares when it comes to sweets! We’re not talking about your average sweets either. Giant organic peanut butter, oatmeal and chocolate chunk cookies…cupcakes with a larger than life buttercream rose…decadent chocolate mousse cups big enough to swim in (we encourage eating the mousse)…fudgy, flourless chocolate brownies. Need we say more? We have lots of gluten free sweets, too!


We recently teamed up with Master Pastry Chef Delphin Gomes. For many years Delphin had a charming pastry shop, Delphin’s Patisserie, in Marblehead and won over the hearts of the North Shore. He shut his shop down and now is currently Director of Pastry at the Cambridge Culinary School. Delphin has been teaching some classes at Shubie’s and we asked if he would ever be interested in baking for us. He said YES! And we couldn’t be happier. It is no exaggeration when we say that you could not even find pastries like Delphin’s walking the streets of Paris. Truly a work of art.
