For this recipe you will need:

  • Cherry Tomatoes 1 cup
  • Baby Spinach 3-4 cups
  • Shubie’s Hummus 2 tbs
  • Bacon 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 1/2 cup
  • Grated Parmesan 1/2 cup
  • Ravida Lemon Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Baguette


  • Get your ingredients ready.
  • Get a medium bowl.

The Croutons:

Preheat the oven at 400 degree. Cut the baguette into squares, put cut bread on a  baking tray. Add a little bit of the Lemon Olive Oil. Put in the oven until brown. About 6 minutes.

The Veggies:

Wash the veggies with cold water. Cut the tomatoes in half.

The Salad:

In the medium bowl put the baby spinach, the tomatoes, the mushrooms, the croutons, the parmesan and the bacon together.

Add two table spoons of the Hummus and mix until the products are well combined together. Add 3tsp of the Lemon Olive Oil and a pinch of salt.

Serve the salad in two bowls and enjoy.

Today we wanted to make you eat healthy and stay light by giving you this recipe for this delicious salad.

As we did for the other recipes we selected the products from our shelves but you are welcome to add or modify the recipe to your taste. Lets go step by step to see why we chose these ingredients:

We selected this Lemon Olive Oil because we wanted to give you a taste of  a delicious olive oil blended with Mediterranean organic lemons, then we wanted to add some  parmesan for two reasons: first because it is just so good and second because the parmesan adds some nutritional value, too. We are in love with our hummus and when it is combined with the other ingredients, it will make for an extremely tasty salad! Bacon and mushrooms will help make it even more delicious. Finally, the almonds contain lots of nutrients, too.
