Pale gold in color. On the nose, the full extent of its aromatic potential is not instantly apparent. It needs a little airing. This is a wine with good aging potential (5-10 years) but also is drinking beautifully now. This wine has great structure and a long finish. The Premier Cru Vaillons Chablis wine beguiles the palate, with great minerality in its youth that develops delicate and subtle aromas with age. Ideally served with seafood, grilled fish or goat cheese.
