Poached Salmon, brushed with tomato oil and served with our Greek yogurt cucumber-dill sauce. Perfect for brunch, lunch or dinner, and may be served chilled or at room temperature.
One whole filet serves approximately 10-12 people.
We use Faroe Island Salmon that is certified organic. Salmon is gluten free and dairy free. Yogurt sauce is gluten free
